From Exhausted to Empowered: Our Gentle Sleep Solution
Sleep deprivation was hitting hard as a new mama, and I knew my heart couldn’t handle letting my baby cry it out—or even trying the Ferber method, as our pediatrician suggested. That’s when I discovered Rested Mama, Happy Baby. Their gentle, baby-centered approach made all the difference for both of us.
Within just four days, our daughter was sleeping 11 to 12 hours through the night, self-soothing, and taking full naps in her crib—after previously relying solely on breastfeeding contact naps.
We believed in the method so much and were so pleased with the results that we decided to become affiliates, so our friends can experience the same magic—and get 10% off!
It’s a game-changer for parents seeking sleep without compromise.
I hope it helps your family as much as it has helped ours!

This is the program we did with my daughter at 6 months! Per my (very skeptical) husband, "Best money we ever spent!"

I was gifted this and absolutely loved it! It’s very user-friendly, with a between-the-legs Velcro to prevent sliding, arm buttons for when they start rolling, and most importantly, a design that promotes healthy hip positioning by allowing natural movement instead of restricting like a straight jacket.
While I have not tried these, my girl was already rolling by the time I heard about them, I have had several mama rave about how magical they are!
Have not tried this one either, but have many mama friends who love it!
These PJs felt pricey but were worth every penny—perfect for middle-of-the-night changes and easy on moms with carpal tunnel syndrome.
These are great and the designs are adorable!
We haven’t taken the plunge yet, but my best friend swears by it—she has one for each of her kids!
I went down a rabbit hole researching mattresses—Is this the best one? Who knows, but we’re happy with it so far! Plus, it’s super easy to toss in the wash when needed.
Absolutely love these sheets! They’re soft, stylish, and hold up great in the wash.
We got these in white but wish we’d chosen red to skip the extra red light for midnight diaper changes. Honestly, they’re perfect anywhere in the house!
This was a gift and it is fabulous! Great battery life, small and easy to take anywhere! Might be purchasing another one for the car/stroller and for grandma's house!
We had a hand-me-down Halo bassinet. We did like it while we had it. Our daughter was longer and she only used it about 3 months before she outgrew it (& started rolling). It was handy while we had it. In the future, we might have just used our Nuna pack n play on the higher level... Or invested in a mini crib that converts to a larger crib.
Super soft! Easy to wash. Basic colors.
This was not in our budget and we did not use it. But for the families who did use it, it sounded like a miracle bassinet! Especially for those with twins.
I believe renting it is also an option - or just finding a friend who wants to lend you theirs.
We are looking into purchasing these, this week! Currently we are using aluminum foil which is getting annoying...stay tuned to see if we like them!
These baby toy straps are genius! Half the time she chews on the strap, the other half it is saving us from having to rewash a clean chew toy!
Her first love! This is honestly one of her favorites. I will hook it onto the baby carrier and she is chill playing with that for a good 40+ minutes. Great for outings!
This is a cool pyramid toy! Lots of different parts to chew on and play with. At this stage she chews the corners and puts her little fingers through the webbing. It was larger than I though, sometimes it comes on the stroller with us -- attached of course!
We gave this to her at 7 months because she loved grabbing at cords like objects. She has yet to pull them but enjoys holding and chewing on it. Also a popular addition to our stroller.
I bought this and returned it. I do not recommend it - but in case you come across this ball with more balls on it... eh I didn't care for it.
"Strawberry" is great for little fingers to grab onto and mouth. She seems to enjoy the bumps. I enjoy the hole where I can put a pacifier clip.
"Foxy" - while not a favorite still gets a lot of play time, especially when mom doesn't bring anything else. But I love how I can tether it onto the carrier or stroller!
We tried several different types of pacifiers, she just chewed on them and spit them out.
This was recommended by a fellow mama. Her babes started with these very early on.
The mama who recommended the RaZbaby pacifier says this is the runner up!
Another mama recommended these!
This was recommended by another mama.
We are OBSESSED with our Lovevery Play Gym. We use it many hours every single day! If she's not being held, she's on the play mat. This is a must-have in our book!
Another must have! We use this daily! We have the toy attachment (see next product). It definitely helps to keep her occupied while we are trying to cook or get another task completed. Also, it is travel friendly! I know a mom who brought it to ballet class for baby to watch/stay occupied during adult ballet!
Great addition to the bouncer! Our baby actually plays with it! Good quality, easy to use! Highly recommend!
