Hilary is truly passionate about the health of her clients. She has used her healing hands to treat my back injury which gave me immediate relief of my pain. She is knowledgeable and teaches me exercises to strengthen my muscles so that I can avoid future injury. She is also trained in Pilates and has shown me exercise to do on my reformer for stretching and strength training. Hilary is an outstanding PT and teacher who helped me immensely with progressing my home pilates practice Hilary’s expertise of dance, pilates, and physical therapy make her an excellent practitioner, who is helping me to improve my functional movement and reducing overall body pain and stiffness Hilary is highly motivating and positive during session. She teaches with descriptive cues and hands-on correction to execute the most effective form of the exercise. After working with Hilary, l’ve learned proper breathing form and technique to continue practicing at home.
